1. The RVA Health Partner & Asher Health Relationship

RVA Health Partner provides elite strength training, habit architecture, and fitness coaching services. We do not provide medical advice or practice medicine.

All medical services, including metabolic diagnostics, peptide therapy, bloodwork analysis, and clinical oversight, are provided by our clinical partner, Asher Health (a Management Services Organization), and its affiliated licensed medical providers. Any protected health information (PHI) collected during your medical consultation is handled securely by Asher Health in accordance with HIPAA regulations. RVA Health Partner only accesses health information necessary to inform your physical training program, strictly with your explicit consent.

2. Information We Collect
